We will take refreshing strolls while discovering the countless benefits of walking for adults. Whether you are aiming to boost cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscles and bones, or manage your weight, walking offers a simple and effective solution. Walking is an accessible form of exercise that can easily fit into your daily routine.
Walks occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays from October 1 - November 7. Meet at the playground of Prairie Fields at 9 AM.
