  • Hands-on learning from 4-H educators and program coordinators, state-wide specialists, youth leaders, and volunteers!
  • Fresh ideas for club meetings, Cloverbud activities, and engaging club members
  • Networking with other volunteers and youth leaders
  • Completion of your 2025-26 required volunteer hours (for adults)

Participants will choose 3 of 6 engaging workshop options throughout the morning, and will be able to enjoy refreshments and be entered in a door prize drawing!

This FREE training is designed to excite and energize you about being youth and adult leaders in your clubs. This training also fulfills your three hours of volunteer training for the 2025-26 program year (which is required of all adult volunteers). 

Wherever you are in your 4-H journey- new club leader, new officer, experienced volunteer or teen who has never had an officer role but is interested in growing in leadership - this is your chance! Come join us to learn new skills together, connect with people who have similar interests to you, and have a great time!

Parliamentary Procedure

Presenters: 4-H Federation members
Youth leaders will guide participants through the basics of parliamentary procedure in a fun, hands-on way. Learn how to run smooth, efficient club meetings and make decisions that include everyone.

Beyond Ready to Serve: A guide to the 4-H Secretary & Treasurer Record Books

Presenters will share creative ideas for using individual activities from project books, as well as ways to spark new areas of interest and exploration through group project work.
