Stay strong, supple, and steady, no getting up and down from the floor required! This gentle Chair Yoga class offers all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice while using the support of a chair for seated and standing poses. Perfect for older adults, gardeners, and naturalists who want to protect their knees and hips while improving flexibility and circulation.

Through mindful stretches, supported balance work, and calming breath practices, you’ll build strength for lifting watering cans, stamina for long walks, and mobility for reaching those tricky branches. Chair Yoga enhances posture, reduces stiffness, and promotes relaxation, helping you continue doing the outdoor activities you love with confidence and ease.

This is yoga made accessible, comfortable, and empowering. Pull up a chair, take a deep breath, and let nature nurture you from the inside out.
