2026 Certified Food Protection Manager Course

University of Illinois Extension is offering a one-day Certified Food Protection Manager course at the Vermilion County Extension office (3164 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61832) on June 1 that meets Illinois Department of Public Health requirements and prepares participants to take the ANSI-accredited exam. There is a fee to attend, which covers educational materials, certification exam, and a provided lunch.

There is a $100 fee for adults and a $60 fee for youth to cover the cost of this educational session. This fee covers the purchase of educational materials, the examination, and lunch. 

Space is limited, and therefore, pre-registration is required. Participants must attend the full training to be eligible for the exam.
