The Illinois Junior Chef program is a fun, interactive experience where youth learn basic cooking skills, kitchen safety, and healthy eating habits. Through hands-on lessons, participants prepare simple recipes, explore MyPlate concepts, and build confidence in the kitchen. This program helps kids develop lifelong skills while encouraging them to try new foods and make healthier choices at home.

For youth ages 8 to 13.
