little gardeners' day - Down in the Dirt is a free, fun, family-friendly event aimed to serve youth ages 2 to 10 years old, along with their adult chaperone. 

Join Illinois Extension Master Gardeners at the demonstration gardens at Illinois Central College, East Peoria Campus. Families can explore the gardens, participate in hands-on activity stations, and enjoy a beautiful day out in nature. Youth will explore soil, seeds, insects, trees, composting, native plants, and more through play and discovery.

Come as your schedule allows between 9 and 11 a.m. Registration will happen as you join us in the gardens.
