It’s time to focus on mental, emotional, and social health.
Join us for this free workshop to learn more about new 4-H programs focused on mental, emotional, and social health (MESH). Receive free training and curricula that can help the young people you serve build positive relationships, practice self-control, care for their own mental health, and more!
All out of school time professionals are invited to attend. Participants will receive:
- Training in Mindful Mechanics & Your Thoughts Matter curricula
- Facilitator guides & youth workbooks
- Class kits of materials
- Lunch
The workshop and all materials will be offered free of charge, and lunch will be provided thanks to a grant provided by Illinois 4-H.
