You’ll explore various digestive diseases, such as irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, and diverticulosis, while focusing on healthy lifestyle habits, such as minimizing stress and including a diet full of prebiotics, probiotics and dietary fiber. You’ll also receive healthy recipes to keep your gut running smoothly.
