The Illinois Department of Agriculture has established requirements for health inspection of poultry for exhibition at a county fair.
State certified poultry testers will be at the Mason County Fairgrounds on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 5-7 pm to test poultry. Please attend to have birds inspected, blood tested, and obtain the VS Form 9-2. Be prepared to provide the poultry breed information for the VS 9-2 form.
