The Illinois Department of Agriculture has established requirements for health inspection of poultry for exhibition at a county fair.
Dr. Hoerr (Tazewell 4-H alumni) is a state certified poultry tester and has volunteered to provide free poultry testing to Tazewell 4-H poultry exhibitors.
