In partnership with Salt & Light and CRIS Healthy Aging, Illinois Extension Family Life presents Don’t Go It Alone: Improving Your Social Connections. 

Join Illinois Extension Family Life Educator, Emily Harmon, for an informative workshop focusing on social isolation in adults. 

This program explores social isolation and strategies for overcoming its challenges, as well as ways to stay connected with others. 

This program is free and open to the public, but registration is required. 

Registration closes at 9 AM on November December 2.
