Master Naturalist Meeting

We are tracking attendance at the meetings to turn in to the state. If you plan on attending, please register at go.illinois.edu/mnfeb26. 

This will be our first meeting together, it will be welcoming, educational, and social, a chance to connect with each other, share opportunities, and kick off our year of volunteering and learning.

What to Expect

• Educational Topic: Migrating birds (what to look for in central Illinois, migration patterns, and how to help support them)
• Volunteer Opportunities: I’ll share upcoming events and ways to get involved
• Open Sharing Time: This is your meeting too! If you have a volunteer opportunity, upcoming event, or something you’ve accomplished or learned recently, you’re welcome to share it with the group
• Meeting Hosting Opportunities: If you’d like to host a future meeting, lead the educational portion, or choose an activity, I’d love to talk with you. I’m happy to help with planning and logistics.

Meeting Schedule & Expectations

• Our meetings will be held on the 15th of the months we do not have Green Connection meetings.

• If you need help or support
• Workdays & contact information (so I can connect volunteers who may be able to help each other)

• Any announcements or opportunities you want to share
