Love the theater? Curious about acting? This 4-H workshop is your chance to jump in.
All youth ages 11 to 18 are invited to join us to explore Viewpoints. This fun and dynamic acting technique uses movement, physical awareness, and creative instincts to build characters and tell stories.
Through group activities and ensemble work, students will build confidence, practice teamwork, and develop a stronger sense of how to use their bodies and the space around them on stage.
The workshop is taught by Elissa Dynes, a former Henry County 4‑Her with an MFA in Theatre from Rose Bruford College in London. Elissa brings professional training and a passion for helping young performers grow.
Youth should wear comfortable clothing that they can move in. No prior acting experience necessary. There is no cost to participate, but registration is required.
