Looking for simple ways to reduce stress and boost well-being? Join our Gardening for Well-Being Series on Tuesdays in July from 11 a.m. to noon to explore the therapeutic benefits of gardening and plant-based mindfulness. Each session offers practical, hands-on strategies you can use right away. No green thumb needed, just come ready to learn and participate.
Gardening can support mental and physical well‑being by encouraging gentle movement, purposeful activity, and connection to nature. Join this session to learn practical, research-informed ways to use gardening as part of a healthier self-care routine—no “green thumb” required. Participants leave with simple, accessible strategies they can apply immediately to reduce stress, improve mood, and build restorative habits.
