Extension Offers Free Program about Arthritis and Inflammation

Registration open for Feb. 11 class in three area University of Illinois Extension offices

Living with arthritis and inflammation is not easy, but there are steps you can take to help. At an upcoming free seminar, University of Illinois Extension will provide research-based information and practical tips for dealing with inflammation and arthritis. Participants will learn about the different types of arthritis, and about the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise choices.

This free program, in cooperation with the Association for Home and Community Education (HCE), will be led by an Extension Educator via webinar from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11. It is available at three local Extension offices – Naperville, St. Charles and Yorkville. Registration is required by Friday, Feb. 7 to prepare materials. Space may be limited.
