Presenter:

Christopher Boggs is a deputy public access counselor with the Public Access Bureau in the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. Before joining the Attorney General's Office, Mr. Boggs was a postdoctoral legal fellow at the University of Illinois Office of University Counsel.
