Farming is stressful.

Local farmers care for their communities, which we know can take a toll on them. From unpredictable weather patterns to the rising cost of goods, farming is stressful. The Weathering the Storm program helps farmers and local growers understand the signs and symptoms of chronic stress. Join Family Life Educator Sara Attig as she shares how to identify common stressors, recognize symptoms, and access practical management tools and techniques to reduce the effects of unwanted stress.
