Fall Into Action and fight hunger this September by participating in the 2024 Tri-County Hunger Walk!

Join our Partnership for a Healthy Community Healthy Eating, Active Living Priority Action Team as we raise awareness about hunger and support the hunger & health of our neighbors by donating healthy, shelf-stable food options to local pantries and walking for 30 minutes.

This year marks our third annual Tri-County Hunger Walk & our theme this year is Fall Into Action. Everyone can play a part in making sure that food isn't an impossible choice! One way you can Fall Into Action around hunger needs in our community is joining our walk to rally around this need and enjoy time with friends & family taking some steps to end hunger!  NEW to the walk this year will be vendors offering FREE resources and fun, family-friendly activities.
