Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine oats and milk.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes.
  3. Immediately stir in mashed banana, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Top with chopped walnuts, if desired.
