Cinnamon Honey Yogurt

Ingredients
  •  5.3 oz non-fat Greek yogurt 

  • 2 teaspoons honey 

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon 

  • Optional: sliced fruit, granola, chopped nuts 

Directions

Stir honey and cinnamon into yogurt. May added chopped fruit and granola or nuts.
