This is a family friendly event to get children out in the ICC Gardens! Hosted by ICC Horticulture and University of Illinois Extension Master Gardeners.
This year's event will feature activities focused on birds; crafts, storybook station, and games. Guests will be invited to enjoy exploring the vegetable garden, demonstration flower beds, the arboretum, pollinator garden, and look out over the prairie. The fan-favorite activity stations - veggie taste testing, water play, digging dirt, and soil toys - are on the agenda for the morning also.
Located on the East Peoria Campus, the Gardens are easily accessed from the Route 24 entrance, by parking in Parking Lot G.
The event is free and open to the first 120 visitors.
