Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
  • ¼ cup non-fat milk
  • ½ cup fruit (fresh, frozen or canned)
Directions
  1. Stir all ingredients in a wide-mouth mason jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  3. Serve the next morning.
