Ingredients
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
- ¼ cup non-fat milk
- ½ cup fruit (fresh, frozen or canned)
Directions
- Stir all ingredients in a wide-mouth mason jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve the next morning.
