Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped peaches
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve over tacos, fish, chicken or with chips.
