Peach Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped peaches
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir to mix.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve over tacos, fish, chicken or with chips.
