Protect the financial stability of your business

Illinois businesses with five or more employees are required by Illinois law to offer a retirement program to employees by November 1, 2023 under the Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program Act. Qualifying owners who do not have a plan in place by the deadline may be subject to fines and penalties.

Illinois Secure Choice is a state-facilitated retirement program available to anyone. Illinois business owners will gain a better understanding of the Secure Choice program, explore considerations for long-term financial planning for small businesses, and find resources to move forward in this informative session with financial professionals.

This session is hosted in partnership between Illinois Small Business Development Center at Bradley University, Westpoint Financial, and University of Illinois Extension.
