University of Illinois Extension is offering a series of kid-friendly cooking classes through the Illinois Nutrition Education Program, SNAP-Education. Illinois Junior Chefs is a great program for youth ages 8 to 13 years old to learn basic cooking skills and kitchen safety while having fun. Participants who attend will receive a cookbook at the end of camp.

 

This camp is free! Students may register for as many camps this summer as they are interested in. A lunch will be provided for youth attendees.
