In collaboration with Rural Partners, University of Illinois Extension offers the free webinar “Placing the Farm Bill's Fate in a Rural Economic Perspective.” Participants will explore the rural development implications of potential changes to the Farm Bill and related policy, including key issues for rural development leaders and additional considerations for farming communities.

Jonathan Coppess is an associate professor of agricultural and consumer economics and director of the Gardner Agriculture Policy Program at the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences, University of Illinois.
