Growing, Drying and Using Fresh Herbs

This presentation covers the essentials of growing, drying, and using fresh herbs in everyday cooking. Explore the flavors and uses of basil, lemon verbena, rosemary, thyme, lavender, lemongrass, and more. Participants will gain simple techniques for preserving herbs and incorporating them into meals for added aroma, nutrition, and enjoyment.
