November 4-H Scratch Coding: Water Boats

Join us for a fun and interactive Scratch Coding Workshop where kids ages 8–12 will learn how to create a fun water boat game! Using Scratch, a beginner-friendly coding platform, participants will design characters, add movement, and create a game to dodge rocks in water all while learning problem solving skills and creativity. It is a great time to meet others and have a blast. We hope to see you there!

No prior coding experience needed—just bring your creativity and imagination! Spaces are limited to 10 participants, so don’t wait to grab your spot.

By the end of the workshop, each participant will have their very own game to play and share!

To enable your youth to save their game, we ask that you create a Scratch account prior to attending. Sign up at: https://scratch.mit.edu/

Registration will close 11:59 p.m. on November 11, 2026.
