Woodford Corsage & Boutonniere Workshop

Want to learn the art of wearable floral design?
 
Join us for the Woodford County 4-H Corsage & Boutonniere Workshop on April 13 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Woodford County Extension Office, 1201 S. Main Street, Suite 2, Eureka, IL 61530.

 

Participants will learn the fundamentals of creating beautiful wearable fresh flower arrangements, including corsages, boutonnieres, pocket square flowers, floral crowns, and other floral accessories. Youth will gain hands-on experience selecting flowers, preparing materials, and using proper wiring and gluing techniques to assemble their designs securely and professionally.

This workshop helps members prepare for the 4-H Floriculture exhibit class while building creativity and floral design skills. Participants will learn tips and techniques for creating attractive, durable pieces that showcase their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

 

Whether you are new to floral design or looking to improve your skills, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn from experienced instructors and create a wearable floral arrangement of your own.
