EUREKA, Ill. – Wellness encompasses multiple dimensions that work in harmony to help us achieve optimal health and well-being. Join Nutrition and Wellness Educator and Registered Dietitian, Jenna Smith, to discover how to give attention to each dimension of wellness while finding the right balance for your wellness journey. The Diabetes Clinic class, “8 Dimensions of Wellness” will meet from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 18 at the Eureka United Methodist Church (208 N. Callender St., Eureka, IL).
Diabetes clinics are informal but informational walk-in programs with different topics each month designed especially for persons living with diabetes. There is no cost to attend this program and no registration is necessary. Diabetes Clinic meets at the Eureka United Methodist Church in Eureka.
