Lewis-Sibley has spent her career working with educational and not-for-profit organizations. She worked previously for Illinois State University and Chestnut Health systems as a community organizer to lead change in her communities using environmental management strategies, around alcohol, tobacco, and other drug issues. She has presented research findings at national and state conferences on her work.

Lewis-Sibley received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Illinois State University and a Master’s in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources from Liberty University.
