Giving ourselves immediate rewards or seeing immediate results keeps us motivated for the long haul. Don’t wait to celebrate!

You’re going to slip up or have setbacks. People who succeed in their resolutions don’t quit after this happens. Every day is a new day...get back up and keep trying!
