Ingredients
              - 1 Tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 medium carrot, chopped
 - 1 stalk celery, chopped
 - ¼ cup chopped onion
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - 1 (15.8 ounces) can no-added salt Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
 - 2 cups no added salt chicken or vegetable stock
 - ½ cup chopped ham
 - ½ teaspoon mustard
 - 1 bay leaf
 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
 
Directions
              - Wash hands with soap and water.
 - In large saucepan, sauté carrot, celery and onion in oil until tender.
 - Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
 - Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
 - Discard bay leaf and serve.
