Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups plain kefir
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped dill
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- In a medium bowl or mason jar, whisk all ingredients together.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
*Servings are 2 tablespoons each
