Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 small bunches asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ½ lb. fresh morels, sliced lengthwise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt the margarine or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shallot, garlic, asparagus and morels.
- Sauté until vegetables are tender, usually 10-15 minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
