Trees are a valuable asset to nature, but their value is often overlooked in urban settings. The six-day, 18 session virtual Urban Tree Conference for industry professionals and avid gardeners will cover all aspects of urban tree planning, implementation and management. 

While invasive plants come in all shapes and sizes, invasive trees are often overlooked. This presentation by Illinois Extension Forester Chris Evans will cover general principles for the management of invasive trees and specific control recommendations for the most common invasive trees in Illinois as well as new potential invaders to watch for.

Registration opens November 13, 2020.
