Join University of Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator, Jenna Smith, for the February "Diabetes Clinic: Learning to Use an Air Fryer" program and see how to use an air fryer while learning about the possible health benefits to using this appliance. You’ll receive recipes and tips on purchasing, frying, and cleaning an air fryer.
The class will meet on Thursday, February 17 from 1:30 - 2:30 pm at the Woodford County Extension Office. Diabetes clinics are informal but informational walk-in programs with a different topic each month designed especially for persons living with diabetes. There is no cost to attend this program and no registration is necessary.
