Starting Your Sourdough

In this fun, hands-on class, you will discover the science and tradition behind sourdough bread. You will make your own sourdough starter to take home, feed and watch it come to life with the process of fermentation.  We’ll walk through the steps of making sourdough bread so you can understand the full process from start to finish. This class sparks curiosity, creativity, and a love of baking that grows right along with your starter!
