Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons margarine, melted
- 12-16 round whole grain crackers, crushed
- 3 (4-6 oz.) cod fillets
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
- Transfer melted margarine to a shallow dish.
- Transfer crushed crackers to a separate shallow dish.
- Season cod with black pepper.
- Dip into margarine and then crushed crackers to coat all sides of fish.
- Place fish in preheated air fryer basket and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until fish is cooked to internal temperature of at least 145°F with a food thermometer.
- Serve with a lemon wedge if desired.
