Air Fried Salmon

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. salmon filets
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F. 
  2. In a small dish, stir brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt and black pepper. 
  3. Cut salmon into two 5 oz. portions, laying skin-side down. 
  4. Rub each filet with 1 teaspoon oil. Wash hands. 
  5. Sprinkle seasoning on top of each filet and rub it in. Wash hands. 
  6. Spray air fryer tray with nonstick cooking oil and place filets skin-side down. 
  7. Air fry for 10-13 minutes or until it reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer.
