Ingredients
- 10 oz. salmon filets
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ Tablespoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- In a small dish, stir brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt and black pepper.
- Cut salmon into two 5 oz. portions, laying skin-side down.
- Rub each filet with 1 teaspoon oil. Wash hands.
- Sprinkle seasoning on top of each filet and rub it in. Wash hands.
- Spray air fryer tray with nonstick cooking oil and place filets skin-side down.
- Air fry for 10-13 minutes or until it reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer.
