Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 cup whole cashews
- Sea salt flakes
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate for 1 minute.
- Stir and microwave for 1 more minute.
- Stir until chocolate is melted.
- Let chocolate cool until it reaches 90°F as measured with a food thermometer.
- Stir in cashews.
- Drop by ½ Tablespoons onto baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and let stand room temperature until hardened or refrigerate.
