Dark Chocolate Cashew Clusters

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whole cashews
  • Sea salt flakes
Directions
  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. 
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate for 1 minute. 
  3. Stir and microwave for 1 more minute. 
  4. Stir until chocolate is melted. 
  5. Let chocolate cool until it reaches 90°F as measured with a food thermometer. 
  6. Stir in cashews. 
  7. Drop by ½ Tablespoons onto baking sheet. 
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt and let stand room temperature until hardened or refrigerate.
