Greek Yogurt Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats 

  • 2 ¼ cups nonfat milk 

  • 1 cup sliced fruit (strawberries, peaches, banana) 

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) 

  • 5.3 oz. container nonfat plain Greek yogurt 

Directions
  1. Add oats and milk to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. 
  2. Cook 5-8 minutes until thickened. 
  3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. 
  4. May add toppings such as crushed nuts, granola, or mini chocolate chips.
