Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 ¼ cups nonfat milk
1 cup sliced fruit (strawberries, peaches, banana)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
5.3 oz. container nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Directions
- Add oats and milk to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook 5-8 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
- May add toppings such as crushed nuts, granola, or mini chocolate chips.
