Ingredients for the salad:
- 4 cups romaine lettuce 
- 4 cups spinach 
- 1 pear, cored and sliced 
- 1 apple, cored and sliced 
- 1 cup dried cranberries 
- 1 cup pecans 
- ½ cup sliced almonds 
- 1 cup feta cheese 
Ingredients for the balsamic vinaigrette:
- 1/3 cup extra virgin oil 
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard 
- ¼ teaspoon salt 
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 
- 1 garlic clove, minced 
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients of the salad together. 
- In a jar, add all ingredients of the balsamic vinaigrette and shake until well combined and not separated. 
- Either dress the salad with the balsamic vinaigrette and toss or individually dress each serving of the salad.
