Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz. bags) frozen mango
- ¼ cup honey
- 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Place mango, honey and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend again for at least 1 minute until creamy.
- If too thick, add one more tablespoon lemon juice.
- Enjoy immediately.
- Freeze leftovers in a sealed container.
- Before serving leftover sorbet, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 10-15 minutes.
