Mango Sorbet

Ingredients
  • 2 (10 oz. bags) frozen mango
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
Directions
  1. Place mango, honey and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend again for at least 1 minute until creamy.
  3. If too thick, add one more tablespoon lemon juice.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
  5. Freeze leftovers in a sealed container.
  6. Before serving leftover sorbet, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 10-15 minutes.
