Safe Edible Cookie Dough

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup oat flour*
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

*Make homemade oat flour by placing 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats in food processor and process until fine and powdery.

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, oat flour, honey, vanilla and salt.
  3. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Using washed hands, roll into small balls serve.

*Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
