Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup oat flour*
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
*Make homemade oat flour by placing 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats in food processor and process until fine and powdery.
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, oat flour, honey, vanilla and salt.
- Gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Using washed hands, roll into small balls serve.
*Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
