Ingredients
- 4 cups air-popped popcorn
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts
- 1 Tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt, plus more as needed
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Put the popcorn in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the peanuts, sugar and salt over the popcorn and toss well.
- In a separate bowl, stir together vanilla and melted butter.
- Drizzle over popcorn and toss again to coat.
- Season with additional salt if needed. Serve.
