Sweet Vanilla Peanut Popcorn

Ingredients
  • 4 cups air-popped popcorn
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 Tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt, plus more as needed
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter
Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Put the popcorn in a large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the peanuts, sugar and salt over the popcorn and toss well.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together vanilla and melted butter.
  5. Drizzle over popcorn and toss again to coat.
  6. Season with additional salt if needed. Serve.
