Ingredients
              - 4 cup fresh spinach leaves
 - 1 medium ripe pear, thinly sliced
 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries
 - 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
 - 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans or other nuts (optional)
 - 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shaved
 - 1/4 cup oil
 - 1/4 cup juice of an orange
 - 1 teaspoon orange zest
 - 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 
Directions
              - Wash hands with soap and water.
 - Add spinach leaves to a serving bowl.
 - Top with pear slices, dried cranberries, onion slices, nuts (if using), and cheese.
 - Make dressing: whisk oil, orange juice, orange zest, sugar or honey, and black pepper in a small bowl.
 - Pour dressing over salad and serve.
