Blaine Troyer oversees management of Woodford County 4-H Community Clubs, SPIN Clubs, School Enrichment, and oversees youth development volunteers. Blaine issues communications with our 4-H families and leaders regarding newsletters, program updates or changes, workshops, and our county 4-H show. Blaine manages the Woodford County 4-H Shooting Sports program, including all recruitment, training, and retention of shooting sport volunteers, as well as working closely with the shooting sports coordinator.

Blaine has a passion for community and volunteer service and enjoys serving the community of our local youth, where she also resides. She believes that the 4-H Youth Development program provides members the tools and resources necessary to pursue their goals and dreams. She vehemently believes in investing in the youth of the community in which she lives and strives to provide them with the best experience possible through Woodford County 4-H.   

Blaine served in the United States Navy for four years as a Mess Management Specialist from 1999-2003. She graduated with her Associates Degree in Accountancy from Illinois Central College in 2015.

Blaine previously served on the University of Illinois Extension Council from 2015-2018 where she also served as the Extension Council president for two of those years. She has previous experience working with volunteer management within the local community and has years of volunteer experience through her local church and her children’s schools. Her daughters have been members of the Woodford County 4-H program over the years.
