Food safety education needs assessment survey

The winter season gives us time to relax a bit and to plan for the next growing season. University of Illinois Extension would like to work with you in meeting some of your food safety learning and implementation goals. You may have already taken a food safety training related to fresh produce and have implemented some food safety practices on your farm, but would like a short refresher training, a workshop, or a discussion on some topics. University of Illinois Extension is inviting you to participate in a brief (3-5 minute) survey to determine the topics you would like to learn more about in relation to the safety of fresh produce. Prior training is not a requirement to participate in the survey.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. The information gathered is to help us ensure that our programs remain relevant to you. The survey will close on February 28, 2025.

This survey is anonymous and open to the public. Individuals that grow, pack, or sell fresh fruits and vegetables are encouraged to take the survey.
