Meals for a Healthy Heart is a two-part series to help you learn how diet and lifestyle changes can help manage or reduce your risk of high blood pressure or cholesterol. We will discuss how to incorporate heart-healthy practices into your daily choices, from shopping to cooking to meal planning.

You'll take home a binder full of information, resources, and heart-healthy recipes. You will also watch food demonstrations and enjoy a full meal at each session! Not only will you receive a collection of heart-healthy recipes, but you will also learn how to modify your favorite family recipes to make them healthier without giving up on taste.

Join us for both classes, February 5 and February 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Eureka Public Library, 202 S Main St, Eureka, IL.

$15 per person or $30 per couple covers the cost of the purchase of food, supplies and a binder including handouts and recipes. Space is limited, so enroll now. Register online or by calling the Eureka Public Library at 309-467-2922.
